So yesterday Nollywood star actress Mercy Johnson took to Twitter to share a picture of herself and 2 year old daughter, Purity on a train. She asked her fans to guess where she was writing,
Guess where this is…this was taken this evening.
Most of her fans guessed she was in Paris or London, but I can exclusively reveal to you she wasn’t in either of those places.
She was right here in Lagos, Nigeria!
The actress who was rocking a white shirt, jeans & red pumps, joined other passengers yesterday on the 15 minute train ride from Ebute Metta to Ikeja.
Perhaps she was trying to avoid the persistent Lagos traffic.

A loyal reader of that1960chick.com, Seun spotted MJ as she is popularly called by her fans on the train and even posed for pictures with her and her daughter during the train ride.
I am so excited about the fact we have clean, working, commuter trains now in Nigeria! And isn’t it refreshing to see one of the country’s highest paid entertainers making use of mass public transportation?!
