Just when you assumed Lady Gaga's well of insane fashion ideas was all dried up, she pulls a surprise.
For her latest sartorial stunt, Gaga wore a plastic inflatable dress, featuring a dozen or so holographic spikes to the VIP Room in Paris on Tuesday, Nov. 25. She balanced out the getup with licorice-hued lipstick and a bun hairstyle with bangs.
