Mourinho Gets Four Guinness Book Of World Records, C. Ronaldo, Lampard, Smalling Also Included(Photos)

Chelsea football club may have started the new season on a poor note, but the club's manager Jośe Mourinho is still winning.
The Guinness World Records book team visited the Cobham training ground today to present the 52-year-old with his record certificates, which included:
 The most Points in a Premier League season (95), most Champions League's won at different clubs (two), youngest manager to reach 100 Champions League games (49 years 12 days) and most games unbeaten at home in the Premier League (77).
Also entering the 2016 Guinness World Records is Frank Lampard.
Lampard was presented with the certificate for the most Premier League teams scored against, after former club Chelsea became victim No 39. 



Manchester United defender Smalling also bagged himself two records after scoring the fastest goal in the Premier League by a substitute from kick-off, when he netted against Burnley in just five minutes nine seconds last season.

He scored again to earn himself a second record, for the most goals in the Premier League scored by a substitute in the first half to join the likes of Lampard, Mourinho and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Of course Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo was not left out.
 For scoring the most hat tricks(27) in La Liga and overtaking club legend Alfredo Di Stefano, he also got his name included in the 2016 edition of the guiness book of world records.
He is  also the most followed athlete and person on both Facebook (over 100 million likes) and Twitter (over 27m followers).
