A house wife in Kano has dragged her husband, Masur Musa to a Sharia Court sitting at Sabon Gari in the State allegedly infecting her with HIV. The estranged wife dragged her husband to court at the beginning of the year, but it seems the husband and his counsel wants the case settled out of court.
The lady who sued for 40million naira, was latter begged to settle out of court with 2milloin Naira, a fee she out rightly rejected. The suit has been adjoined for another date, most likely for settlement out of court.
