Britain-based Syrian observatory for Human Rights said the aircraft was shot down near the northern city Raqqa, the Islamic state group's de facto capital. It is the first time a war plane has been shot down by ISIS since the UA- led coalition began its air strikes against the group in syrian three months ago.
The terrified pilot who is naked from the waist down and soaked in water was dragged out of what appears to be a lake by three armed men wearing black mask.
