Senate Sends Eight-Man Delegation To Late Alamieyeseigha Family

The Senate, yesterday, paid glowing tributes to late former governor of Bayelsa State, Chief Diepreye Alamieyeseigha, who died on October 10.

The house described late Alamieyeseigha as a generous and loving man, whose death was not only a loss to Bayelsa State, the Izon people, the South-South geopolitical  zone in particular, but the nation at large. They sent an eight-man delegation, led by Senator Francis Alimikhena, PDP, Edo North, to condole with the family of the deceased, the people and the government of Bayelsa State.
