The main reason is this, when men have an orgasm from a blow job, it is much, much more intense than from sex.
I am not sure why this is, but it is definitely the case. Maybe it is because they often wear condoms during sex? Maybe it is just a different more intense type of stimulation? But if we are honest, I think it is mainly down to focus.
