The Flying Eagles of Nigeria were involved in auto crash on Wednesday February 18th as they were heading to their hotel. The car crashed into the main gate of the Stadium. Manu Garba’s boys defeated their Ghanaian counterparts 2-0 in an international friendly and were on their way to the M Plaza Hotel, when the minor accident occurred.
No serious casualty was recorded, but Usman Hassan Saleh was hit by some of the broken glass, was attended to by the team doctor.
