Awwww…filmmaker & actor Tyler Perry has just become a dad for the first time!
The 45 year old and his girlfriend (whom no one knew he was dating) 30 year old model Gelila Bekele, gave birth to their son on November 30th.
A source told People Magazine, “Mom and baby are happy and healthy. Tyler is so excited,” a source tells PEOPLE.
Their son has been named Aman Tyler Perry. Aman means peace and represents “the true meaning of Thanksgiving and the holiday season.”
After the baby’s birth, the new parents sent out an announcement asking people to donate to Clarity Water, an organization that helps developing countries get clean water, in lieu of giving gifts.
