We’ve all heard about the Bill Cosby r*pe allegations, but whether we believe them is another story.
However according to Daily Mail even more women have privately come forward claiming sexual abuse, and some of the incidents fall within statute of limitations, as such a full scale police investigation is being launched.
Mr. Kuvin, a lawyer for one of the women told the publication, “I have sat down with my client and have a full understanding of the issues involved and what has occurred, the police will be doing additional investigative work which will include things like issuing search warrants.”
One woman who will definitely be giving a statement to the Los Angeles Police Department is Chloe Goins, a 24-year-old model who recently came out to claim that the 77 year old comedy legend, spiked her drink and attacked her back at the Playboy Mansion in 2008.
Police are also hoping that Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, who is also a longtime friend of Bill Cosby, will assist with the case. Earlier this month he spoke out about the scandal surrounding Cosby to , The Hollywood Reporter, saying “Bill Cosby has been a good friend for many years and the mere thought of these allegations is truly saddening,” Hefner said in a statement at the time. “I would never tolerate this kind of behavior, regardless of who was involved.”
Wow! Why are they all just coming out now though? Some of these allegations date back over 30 years…
