The 6ft 8in model, whose real name is Ana Lucia Barbosa, is offered thousands of pounds by men who want her to squash, dominate and wrestle them.
And on top of her earnings, the leggy 30-year-old is flown around the world for one-to-one sessions and showered with gifts from admirers.

"Some men like certain things that other women don't do or aren't brave enough to do - I am brave and do it," said Cinthia.
"There's no shortage of willing clients happy to pay me to sit on them, wrestle them, pick them up and generally boss them around.
"Finding this line of work has changed my life - and I'm now able to provide for my family," she added.

But despite the suggestive nature of her work, Cinthia insists nothing intimate ever takes place between her and her clients.
"There is never any sex involved. Although some clients do get excited, it's not about sex as much as domination and submission," she said.
Cinthia finally found her calling after being approached by a stranger in a bar who introduced her to the world of Amazon modelling.
And as one of the tallest models in the industry, she was soon inundated with requests for domination sessions - charging $300 (about £188) for one-hour sessions.
She even claims to have once made a staggering $10,000 (£6,800) in a single day by accepting financial donations from adoring 'slaves'.

"I get more requests than I can fulfil," she said. "I have slaves all over the world who beg me to let them serve me. They pay my rent and one even gave me a car."
The model, who gets most of her requests from Japan, then New York, then London, says different men are into different things.
She said: "Some men want to be roughed up and man-handled, others cuddled and smothered. Some just want to give me their money.
"Before I discovered this world I didn't know there were all these men who liked tall women.
"Many men feel self-conscious about their height and dream of being with a very tall woman - and I make that happen for them in our sessions."

Growing up in rural Brazil, Cinthia was bullied about her height and never felt comfortable in her own skin.
"I dropped out of school when I was 15 - I couldn't stand people looking at me and calling me 'giraffe'," she said.
"I was depressed and I never really liked myself.
"I played basketball in my teens but after a bad knee injury I didn't know how I was going to get on in life."
But now the dominatrix has discovered her calling and a new-found confidence has followed.
"I used to think that I would never have a boyfriend or get married - today I know that there are loads of men out there who like tall women," she said.

She insists she loves her job but it does come with certain challenges that are potentially dangerous - mainly for Cinthia's clients.
Cinthia said: "When I first started and was still learning the ropes I ended up breaking two ribs on a client after sitting on him.
"He didn't warn me that he had a health problem - and he had to stay home from work for two months because of me.
"Now when I start a session I always ask clients about their fitness and their health.
"I ask if they have any respiratory problems or if they faint easily - some men like smothering and I don't want them to faint."
But, despite the constant praise from adoring admirers, Cinthia dreams of finding love and settling down one day.
"I have had lots of wedding proposals and men saying, 'I love you', but I don't really know if they love me or if they love my height," she said.
"I want to find someone who loves me for me. Until then I'm happy with this job."
"It has changed my life and my mother's - I never dreamed I could do this," she added.
