Indian boy shoots himself in the head while taking a selfie with a gun

A 15 year old Indian teenager, Ramandeep Singh accidently shot himself in the head with his father's .32 revolver while trying to take a selfie on Friday evening. He was posing with his older sister with the gun held to his head when he pulled the gun’s trigger instead of clicking the camera button on his phone.
He was taken to a private hospital in Punjab with the bullet still lodged in his head after neighbours heard the gunshot and alerted his parents, who were not home at the time.
On Sunday, the city's deputy police superintendent, Manoj Kumar, said the 15-year-old is being treated in a hospital at Pathankot in Punjab state and was expected to survive.

The Inspector General of Police, Solomon Arase, deployed two police helicopters on Saturday to search for the kidnapped former Minister of State for Education, Senator Iyabo Anisulowo, who was abducted by armed men on Sawonjo/Imasayi Road, in Ogun State last Wednesday on her way home from her farm in Igbogila.

In a statement released by the state Police Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi, he said the helicopters had been patrolling various suspected kidnappers’ hideouts in the state with search parties since Saturday.

Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, on Sunday, said that the National Assembly will resist any move to create cattle grazing reserves in part of Nigeria.

Ekweremadu stated this while addressing journalist after a meeting in Enugu with South-East governors and other stakeholders.

The meeting was attended by the PDP governors of Abia, Ebonyi and Enugu, however, governors of Imo (APC) and Anambra (APGA) were absent.

Villagers Stunned To Discover 'Angel From Heaven' On Beach But ....

Residents of a remote Indonesia village recently discovered what they believed to be an "angel" on a beach.




The human-like figure, described by local news organisationPojok Satu as an "angel child," was found by a fisherman on 19 April, who reportedly claimed to have heard it falling from the sky.
Pojok Satu described the "angel" as being "shining white, (with) round eyes with red eyebrows."
"This angel child also was found face down, crying and naked covered only a white cloth."

An embittered victim of prolonged domestic violence has decided to speak out on her ordeals at the hands of her husband. A man arrested by the operatives of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) of  the Lagos State Police Command for being a major buyer of stolen mobile phones in Lagos, has confessed to have bought over 4,256 mobile phones from robbers, pickpockets and  one – chance gangs operating in the state .

The suspect, Kazeem Bamidele, 42, who is the Second Vice Chairman of the National Union of Road and Transport Workers’ (NURTW), Ajegunle Unit, equally confessed to the RRS Intelligence Team that he has over 52 boys in Lagos State, who steal and sell “clean phones” to him constantly.
